I loved all the eco-friendly little gifts they provide. The rooms were comfortable, and the location was great. Staff were also very friendly. helpful. I would stay here again.
Rooms are nice, but the housekeeping was poor. I needed to complain to ensure rooms were cleaned properly. It was unpleasant.

Location is convenient with short walk to attractions. The room designs are beautiful. The bed are comfortable, also staff are friendly. Buffet breakfast includes good variety and is reasonably priced.
Housekeeping has some inconsistency. The door was unlocked by housekeeping multiple times. Reporting this did not solve this.

The room had beautiful decorations. The toiletries included were very nice. I found the eco information provided good. The rooftop spa features amazing views. I got delicious food and drinks.
My room lacked air conditioning. This meant it was very hot upon arrival. Open windows and a fan helped somewhat.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
The housekeeping was inconsistent. Our room door remained unlocked after housekeeping four times, and reporting it each day did not resolve the issue. The trucks delivering to the shop across the road caused a lot of noise every morning at 6 am
